摘要 根据在苏丹的工程实践,总结了在温差较大的环境中,用于大型储罐倒装法施工的电动提升工法,对比其他施工方法,在施工细节上进行了较大改进。文章介绍了该工法的特点、原理、工艺流程、操作要点及质量安全控制等。其中从底板、壁板、顶板安装等方面重点介绍了操作要点。该工法与正装法和充气法相比,机械效率提高60%,制造成本降低30%,质量控制点一次合格率达到98%。 Based on the engineering practice in Sudan, this paper summarizes the electric lifting method used in inverted sequence construction of large tank in the environment with large temperature differences, introduces the features, principle, technological process, operational key points, control of quality and safety, especially the operational key points of installing bottom, wall and top plates of the tank. Compared with the ordinary sequence construction method and air-filling construction method, this technological method is able to increase the mechanical efficiency by 60%, decrease the manufacture costs by 30% and control the primary qualified rate by 98%.
