外钓岛—册子岛—镇海海底管道穿越工程中的技术创新 被引量:4

摘要 外钓岛—册子岛—镇海海底管道穿越工程施工难度很大,其中一段穿越地层极为复杂,经过岩石、高含砾黏土、黏土质砾等地层;另一段位于海况复杂的杭州湾,平均水深10m,最大水深25m,所经海域的潮流、波浪较大。工程技术人员依靠技术创新,解决了大量技术难题。文章介绍了该工程的多项技术创新成果,如:管道新型防脱层及压绕式配重层生产新工艺、定向钻导向孔定位对接牵引施工新工艺、双钻机两端同步扩孔施工新工艺、新型扩孔器、新型清孔器等。这些技术创新成果,有效地降低了工程成本,提高了工效,缩短了工期。 The construction of subsea pipeline crossing project of Waidiao Island-Chezi Island-Zhenhai Subsea Pipeline was a hard task. One section of the pipeline passes through extremely complicated strata including rocks, clay with lots of gravels, gravels with soft clay, and so on; another section of the pipeline situates at Hangzhou Bay where average water depth is 10 m, maximum water depth is 25 m, the tides and wave are rather large. This paper introduces some items of technical innovations created by engineers working for the project, such as new productive techniques of concrete weight coating with the compression and wrap method, the locating, connecting and towing techniques of directional drilling pilot hole, simultaneously enlarging hole from both ends of the pipeline by two drilling machines, new type enlarging hole device and new type pipeline cleaner. These techniques effectively reduce the engineering costs, raise the working efficiency and shorten the time period of the project.
