摘要
文章结合多个海外项目的管理实践,从项目启动的角度归纳整理出了带有共性的程序——项目启动检查清单。对启动的标志、组织机构、首次会议和关键文件的准备等内容作了进一步说明,从设计、采办和施工三个方面系统论述了项目启动的主要步骤。该启动程序对海外项目的管理具有一定的参考价值。
Associated with the management practices of some overseas projects and from viewpoints of project startup, this paper sums up a commonness procedure, i.e. check-up listing of project startup. It explains the sign of startup, organization, preparation of first conference and key documents, and discusses systematically the major startup procedure in three aspects of design, procurement and construction. This startup procedure offers a reference for other overseas projects.
