针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎105例疗效分析

Study on the Effect of Acupuncture in Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammation,a Report of 105 Cases

目的:观察针灸疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:216例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为3组,治疗组105例,采针灸方法治疗,对照1组63例,采用中药治疗,对照2组48例,采用西医常规疗法。结果:治疗组治愈77例,显效12例,有效例,无效3例,总有效率97.14%;对照1组治愈32例,显效7例,有效12例,无效12例,总有效率80.95%;对照2组治愈10例显效12例,有效14例,无效12例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照1组,对照1组疗效优于对照2组(P均<0.005结论:针灸对于慢性盆腔炎疗效最佳.

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in treating chronic pelvic inflammation. Method： 216 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into three groups. 105 patients were treated with acupuncture, 63 patients were treated with Chinese medicine, 48 patients were treated with western medicine. Result ：In the acupuncture treatment group, 77 cases cured, 12 cases significantly effective, 13 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 97.14%. In the Chinese medicine controlled group,32 cases cured, 7 cases significantly effective, 12 cases effective, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 80. 95%. In the western medicine controlled group, 10 cases cured, 12 cases significantly effective, 14 cases effective, 12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 75.00%. The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than in the two control groups. And it was better in the Chinese medicine controlled group than in the western medicine controlled group. Conclusion ：Acupuncture has the best therapeutic effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammation.
