天麻定痫胶囊治疗癫痫178例疗效观察

Clinical observation of Tianmadingxian Capsule on epilepsy

目的观察中药天麻定痫胶囊治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法将334例癫痫患者随机分为2组,治疗组178例应用天麻定痫胶囊治疗,对照组156例应用苯妥英钠治疗,疗程均为3个月,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.9%,对照组为69.2%,2组总有效率比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。风痰闭窍、痰火扰神、瘀阻脑络、肝肾阴虚证候,治疗组总有效率依次是97.5%、92.6%、96.4%、86.7%,对照组依次是72.4%、66.00%、69.60%、60.00%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。患者大发作、小发作、简单部分性发作、复杂部分性发作,治疗组总有效率依次为97.8%、93.5%、94.1%、86.4%,对照组依次为74.4%、57.5%、73.9%、63.6%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论中药天麻定痫胶囊治疗癫痫有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tianmdingxian Capsule on epilepsy. Methods 334 patients with epilepsy were randomly divided into two groups. 178 patients in the treatment group were orally administrated Tianmadingxian Capsule, and 156 patients in the control group were treated with Phenytoin. Three month was a treatment course, and the clinical effect was observed after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 94. 9% and 69.2% respectively and there was a significant difference between the two group （ P 〈 0.01） , The effective rate of wind phlegm obstacle orifice, pyrophlegm intervene mind, stagnant blood block brain collateral and hepatic and renal yin deficiency in the treatment group according to TCM differentiation of symptom and sigh was 97.5% .92.6% ,96.4% ,86.7% respectively, compared with 72.4% ,66.00% ,69.60% ,60.00% in the control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05） .The effective rate of grand mal, petit mal, simple partial seizure and complex partial seizure in the treatment group was 97.8% ,93.5%,94.1%,86.4% respectively, and compared with 74.4% ,57.5% ,73.9%,63.6% in the control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Tianmadingxian Capsule had good effect on epilepsy.
