活血通痹汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变56例疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察活血通络汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法将112例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组。对照组56例予口服降糖药和复合维生素B片治疗,治疗组56例在此基础上加服活血通痹汤治疗。2组均连续治疗8周观察临床疗效,并比较2组治疗前后的血糖、血液流变学、神经传导速度变化。结果治疗组总有效率85.7%,对照组总有效率33.9%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗前后糖化血红蛋白比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组改善全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比积、纤维蛋白原均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组感觉神经、运动神经传导速度增快均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论活血通痹汤不仅能有效缓解糖尿病周围神经病变患者的症状,还能提高其神经传导速度,改善血液流变学指标,对糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huoxuetongbi Decoction on diabetes peripheral neuropathy. Methods 112 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. 56 patients in the control group were treated with oral antidiabetic drug and mulvital B tablets. 56 patients in the treatment group were administered Huoxuetongbi Decoction, The clinical effect was observed after eight weeks treatment and the level of blood sugar, haemorheology and nerve conduction velocity were investigated before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 85.7% and 33.9% respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The improvement of blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen was better than that in the control group( P 〈 0.05 或 P 〈 0.01 ). The conduct velocity of sensory nerve and motor nerve was faster than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Condusion Huoxuetongbi Decoction had definite effect on diabetes peripheral neuropathy.
