噻胺酮麻醉对犬脑电图影响的实验研究

Effects of saiantong on EEG in canine

应用噻胺酮对８条犬进行了麻醉脑电图监测试验。应用ＳＪ－４２型生理多导仪描记犬的麻醉脑电图。结果诱导麻醉后，犬的脑电图无论在波形、频率，还是波幅方面都发生了极为显著的改变，其主要特征是脑电由高频低幅快节律转变为低频高幅慢节律。维持麻醉期内，上述特征基本保持不变。应用苏醒灵作麻醉复苏后。

Eight dogs were anesthtized with Saiantong in the study todetermine its influence on brain function by tracking EEG change.Theresults showed that Saiantong had remarkable influences on EEG, Therhythm,amplitued and frequency of EEG all showed characterized changesduring the whole anesthetic procedure, the dominent fast activity withlow amplitude of the normal dogs were immediately transfered into theslow activity with high amplitude when the dogs were given Saiantongintramuscularly(IM) for induction, and the EEG was transfered into thedominent fast activity with high amplitude for another time whenSuxingling was given IM durign the recovery period.
