摘要
由于人是特殊性、差异性、历史性和变动性的统一体,人的需求是受历史、环境等影响,所以世上不存在适应任何时代﹑任何人﹑任何情况的激励机制,医院要调动人才的积极性就需实施差异化激励,这是医院发展的关键。
The nature of human being is the integration of particularity, variability and differentiation. The requirement will change with the historical condition and surroundings and there is not an encouraging mechanism to meet with the needs of anytime, anybody and any circumstance. If a hospital hopes to mobilize the staff's activity, the approach of diverse encourage is vital to the hospital's development.
