摘要
对4个陆地棉品种进行低温、NaCl和热水老化处理,发现种子的发芽率受到显著影响,但品种间存在明显差异。鲁棉14号在耐低温、耐盐以及抗老化方面皆优于其他供试品种。所测各品种的K+、Na+渗出量和电导率与其种子的抗逆性密切相关。通过测定种子老化后K+渗出量或电导率,不仅可以作为确定种子活力的指标。
Treating four upland cotton varieties' seeds at low temperature with NaCl and hot water for aging showed that the seed germination percentage was influenced significantly, with obvious difference among varieties. Lumian 14 exceeded other varieties in tolerance to low temperature, salt and ageing. For all varieties, the seed resistance is closely related to the seepage discharge of K +, Na + and the electrical conductivity of the seed. The seepage discharge of K + detected after aging can be used not only as the index of seed activity, but also a simple method to evaluate resistance of seed.
