Coherent Combination of High Power Fiber Laser Beams

摘要 综述了国内外在高功率光纤激光器相干合成方面的最新进展,分析了各种方案的优缺点,并展望了光纤激光器相干合成的应用前景。国外已研发了19芯阵列光纤,进行了10路光纤激光器相干合成,输出功率已达200W。国内进行了两束光纤激光的相干组束,获得了连续波18.3W的光纤激光输出,并在高速相位探测与锁定方面取得了一定进展。 Recent developments of coherent combination of high power fiber laser were described, advantages and disadvantages of several methods were reviewed, and finally, its applications and prospects were predicted .The nineteen cores fiber was manufactured, and up to 200W output power was acquired in ten fiber lasers coherent combination, that was demonstrated in other countries. In the inland experiments, about 18.3W output power was obtained, using two fiber lasers coherent combining. Some researchers have made some progress in high speed wavefront sensor and phase locked output.
