壮族成年人不同性别年龄与血脂水平变化的关系

The study on the relationship between the sex&age and the change of blood lipid levels in Zhuang nationality adults

目的探讨壮族成年城镇居民性别、年龄与血脂水平变化的关系。方法检测1725例壮族成年城镇居民的血清血脂五项。结果CHO 5.48±1.11 mmol/L,HDL-C 1.26±0.28 mmol/L,LDL-C 3.55±1.02 mmol/L,VLDL-C 0.67±0.40 mmol/L,TG 1.48±0.89 mmol/L,不同性别血脂水平差异有显著性(P<0.01),不同年龄段的血脂水平差异也有显著性(P<0.01)。血脂水平在70岁以后出现波动大的现象。结论壮族成年人血脂水平不仅与性别有关,而且与年龄的变化也有关,老年人血脂水平出现很大波动的现象。

Objective To study the relationship between the sex and age and the change of blood lipid levels in Zhuang nationality adults in towns. Methods The levels of blood lipi＇ds from 1725 Zhuang nationality adults in towns were tested. Results CHO 5. 48±11.11 mmol/L. HDL-C 1. 26±0.28mmol/L. LDL-C 3.55±1.02mmol/L. VLDL- C 0.67±0.4 mmol/L. TG 1.48±0.89mmol/L. There were statistically significant difference in CHO,HDL-C,LDL- C and VLDL-C between male and female（ P 〈0.01） ,and a significant differences among ages（ P 〈0.01）. There were great variations in the levels of blood lipids after seventy years old. Conclusion Levels of blood lipids are not only related to the sex, but also related to the change of age. There is a great variation in the levels of blood lipids among old people.
