人工肝治疗前后血管性假血友病因子、血小板数量及聚集功能的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察人工肝支持系统(ALSS)治疗前后患者血浆血管性假血友病因子(VWF)、血小板数量及聚集功能的变化。方法对40例重症肝病患者ALSS治疗前后即刻进行血浆VWF、血小板数量及聚集功能测定。结果ALSS治疗前后患者血浆中VWF的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血小板数量及聚集功能的变化有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论ALSS治疗可显著降低患者的血小板数量及聚集功能,但临床上须密切观察。
