深圳特区人群自测健康评定量表评分的性别年龄特征

The analysis on the score character of SRHMS V1.0 among the different age and gender crowd in Shenzhen Special

目的了解深圳市不同性别年龄人群自测健康评定量表(SRHMSV1.0)评分特征。方法应用SRHMSV1.0对深圳市人群5940个个体进行了测试。结果深圳特区男性与女性间SRHMSV1.0总分差异具有显著性[男性(75.45±10.71)分,女性(73.63±11.80)分,t=6.166,P<0.01],男性测试评分高于女性。不同年龄组间SRHMSV1.0总分的得分差异具有显著性(F=141.428,P<0.01),25岁以下人群分值最高,65岁以上较低。结论深圳市不同性别、不同年龄人群的SRHMSV1.0测试评分存在差别,制订SRHMSV1.0的常模应考虑性别年龄因素的影响。

Objective To understand the gender-related and age-related characteristics of Shenzhen Special Zone reflected by SRHMS V1.0. Methods Totally 5940 residents of Shenzhen Special Zone received SRHMS V1.0 assessment. Results The scores of the total score of the scale was significantly different between different gender groups[ male： （75.45 ± 10.71 ） ;female： （73.63 ± 11.80）, t = 6. 166, P 〈 0.01 ], the scores of male were significantly higher than those of female. The total score of the scale was significanly different among different age（ F = 141. 428, P 〈 0.01 ） ,.and the scores of population aged below 25 years were the highest, while those aged above 65 were the lower. Conclusion There are gender- and age-related differences of SRHMS V1.0 scores among residents of Shenzhen Special Zone. The factors of gender and age should be attached importance in the research of the SRHMS V1.0 norms.
