摘要
目的尝试根据网络成瘾的认知行为模型,针对中学生进行预防性干预,为网络成瘾高危人群的干预措施提供依据。方法以“自尊、自信与人际关系”、“中学生压力应对”、“健康的使用电脑和网络”为主题,对某中学初一学生47人进行干预,并取该中学初一学生48人作为对照,使用自编问卷、自尊量表、网络成瘾量表进行前后测比较。结果与对照组相比,实验组在网络成瘾、网络使用相关知识、自编问卷的得分有显著性改善从(14.09±1.58)分提高至(15.54±3.15)分(t=0.923,P<0.01),其趋向网络成瘾的不适当行为也有所减少。结论在中学生这一网络成瘾高危人群中进行预防性干预,能够有效提高中学生对网络成瘾这一问题的认识和了解,促进其对网络的正确使用。
Objective To study the effects of primary preventive intervention on internet addiction tendency in middle school students. Methods According to the Cognitive-Behavioral Model of Internet addiction, the present study provided 3 weeks intervention for 47 middle school students compared with 48 students as a control group. The knowledge about internet addiction, self esteem and classmate relationship, stress coping strategies were given to the experimental group, and trained them how to apply the knowledge into their lives. Three questionnaires were used to measure self-esteem, the knowledge of internet application and the degree of internet addiction before and after the intervention. Results There was a remarkable difference between experimental group and control group on the knowledge of internet application( 14.09 ± 1.58 to 15.54 ± 3.15 ). Conclusion The primary preventive intervention was effective, especially in the aspect of the habits of internet use.
