亚种间杂交稻物质积累与运转特性的研究 被引量:21

CHAKACTERISTICS OF DRY MATTER ACCUMULATION AND ASSIMILATE TRANSLOCATION IN INTERSUBSPECIFIC HYBRID RICE

摘要 亚种间杂交稻干物质积累较高,且主要表现在结实期。但亚种间杂交稻的物质运转率、茎鞘物质的输出率与转换率低,成熟期茎鞘中可用性醣(可溶性醣与淀粉)的残留率高。与籼型三系杂交稻汕优63相比,亚种间杂交稻剑叶的光合产物( ̄14C)分配到穗部的较少,滞留在茎鞘中的较多。亚种间杂交稻物质运转率低与籽粒中特别是灌浆初期籽粒中的ATP酶活性低。 Intersubspecific hybrid rice(ISHR) had high dry matter accumulation,especially in grain-filling stage. How-ever,ISHR had low transfer ratio of assimilate,low export percentage and transformation percentage of the matter insteams and sheaths,and high residue percentage of the usable carbohydrate(soluble sugars and starch)in steams andsheaths at maturity. Compared to three-line Indica hybrid rice Shanyou 63,the assimilate( ̄14C)partitioning of the flag leafof ISHR was less in panicles,and more in steams and sheaths.The low transfer ratio of assimilate was related to low AT-Pase activity,and to low IAA content in grains,especially in early grain-filling stage.
