摘要 史深100油田勘探开发的主要目的层为沙3中段的高压低渗储层,二开多为长裸眼,所需钻井液密度较高,钻井过程中容易发生井壁失稳和井漏、粘卡等井下复杂情况和事故,并且油气层保护难度较大,胜利油田针对该油田的地层特性,结合胜利油田目前中深井钻井液技术现状,对现有钻井液体系与处理剂进行优选,形成了适应史深100油田的聚硅氟屏蔽暂堵钻井液体系。室内试验和现场应用表明,该钻井液体系具有很好的抗温、抑制、防塌、油气保护性能和润滑性等,而且该钻井液体系维护简便,性能稳定,能减少粘卡、井漏等钻井事故的发生几率,从而提高了钻井速度。 The main payzone of Shishen-100 Oilfield is the middle layer of Sha-3 Section which is characterized by high pressure and low permeability. The wells are most designed as long open hole and high mud density. Downhole troubles of caving in, lost of circulation, and stuck pipe are tend to occur during drilling. The protection of payzone is another hard problem for operator to consider. On the basis of researching formation characters and drilling fluid used for moderate deep wells in the Shengli Oilfield, an applicable mud system named as poly fluorosilicone mud with shielding and temporary plug function for the Shishen-100 Oilfield is developed after tests with mud system and reagents available. Lab tests and applications indicate that the mud system owns the high quality of high temperature stability, good prohibition, anti-sloughing and lubricating. It can prohibit the well from sticking, lost of circulation, and it also can contribute to drilling penetrating rate.
