摘要
硅酸盐钻井液的影响因素、配方优选和防塌抑制性等试验表明:硅酸盐钻井液的pH值最好控制在11.0以上;模数为2.8~3.0硅酸盐综合性能最好,其最优加量为2%~4%;室内研制的硅酸盐钻井液基础配方具有良好的防塌抑制性,较强的抗钙、抗劣土污染性能,还具有具有较好的电稳定性、抗温性和可加重性;硅酸盐钻井液与岩心所形成的膜结构降低了岩心污染深度,具有较好的保护油气层性能。
Lab tests of silicate drilling fluids with factors, formula selection, and prohibition indicate its best value for each parameter, pH over 11.0, 2.8~3.0 of modulus, 2%~4% of additives, etc. The basic formula of silicate mud developed in lab performs good anti-caving and prohibition, better anti-calcium and antipollution, as well as good electricity stability, high temperature, and weight capabili silicate mud and core reduces pollution to core, which is good to protect hydrocarbon zones from pollution.
