摘要 将采用浸渍法制备的碳纳米管(CNTs)负载的镍催化剂用于甲醇直接气相羰基化反应,考察了催化剂的预处理条件对催化剂活性的影响,并采用透射电镜、X射线衍射和红外光谱对其进行了表征.结果表明,采用硝酸氧化和碳酸钠活化预处理CNTs制备的Ni/CNTs催化剂有很好的分散度,用三步干燥法将催化剂前体在氮气氛围下300℃热处理2h后在氢气氛围下500℃还原3h制得的催化剂活性较高. The nickel catalyst supported on carbon nanotubes (CNTs), prepared by the incipient impregnation method, was employed for the vapor-phase carbonylation of methanol. The effects of the preparation and pretreatment conditions on catalytic activity of the Ni/CNTs catalyst were studied. The catalyst was characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and infrared reflectance spectroscopy. The catalytic activity of Ni/CNTs was strongly influenced by the pretreatment conditions. The catalyst showed a high dispersion when the CNTs was pretreated with HNO3 and subsequently activated with Na2CO3. When the Ni/CNTs was calcined under N2 atmosphere at 300℃ for 2 h and then reduced under H2 atmosphere at 500℃ for 3 h, the prepared Ni/CNTs catalyst showed the highest catalytic activity for the vapor-phase earbonylation of methanol.
