摘要
通过对江苏省淮安三站可逆式贯流泵现场测试,分析了大型可逆式贯流泵的汽蚀原因.研究表明,水泵叶片表面汽蚀主要是分布在叶片出口边和进口边工作表面上,每个叶片汽蚀程度不同,但叶片出口边(相对水泵工况)汽蚀均比进口边严重;转轮室的汽蚀比较轻微,水泵叶片汽蚀程度为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级范围.产生的原因是设计时主要考虑保证水泵运行较优,难以保证水轮机在较高水头下运行,即较优工况下运行,因此在水轮机工况下,其汽蚀难以避免.
To give reference for construction and operation on large reversible tubular pump station, combining with Huai'an No. 3 reversible tubular pump, problems on cavitation and its reasons are analyzed through field tests. It demonstrated that the different blade surface cavitation distributed in working surface of blade outlet and inlet; cavitation on outlet (comparing with pumping condition) is more severely than inlet; light cavitation on volute belonged to Ⅲ-Ⅳ. The reason is that deeply consideration on pumping condition is performed in the designing stage, so under higher water head the working conditions are worse and the cavitation appeared.
