摘要
由于水轮机的运行工况有可能随时偏离设定的工况,所以PID调速器参数的整定对水轮机组的稳定运行十分重要.针对PID调速器调速的水轮机调节系统,从控制理论入手,依据其基本的状态方程,设定目标函数,利用变分原理通过对水轮机调速器可调参数整定进行分析和相应寻优计算,从而得出一种关于水轮机调节系统在转速扰动下调速器参数整定的方法和优化计算理论.通过工程算例,说明此种参数整定及寻优方法具有寻优效率高的特点,但缺点是必须构造相应的目标函数并经过较复杂的迭代计算.
It is well-known that the running condition of hydraulic turbines could be deviated from the designed condition at any time. So the parameter controlling of the PID governor is very important for the stability of hydraulic turbines. Aimed at the hydraulic turbine PID governor, based on the control theory and the basic state equations, and by nalyzing the adjustable parameters about the hydraulic turbine PID governor, the target function is constructed and the optimization method and theories are derived. According to the cases study, it shows that the method of parameter optimization has higher optimizing efficency. The drawbacks of the method are that one must construct the corresponding target function and perform complicated iterations.
