乳腺组织的小肽营养
摘要
肽能被反刍动物乳腺组织有效利用,以满足乳腺组织合成蛋白质的需要。因此一些学者提出了动物乳腺组织对完整蛋白质本身或对肽有着特殊需要的观点。
