摘要
探讨了高校图书馆实行岗位轮换制的必要性和可行性,指出实行岗位轮换制是开发图书馆人力资源、提高馆员整体素质、培养复合型人才的重要途径,提出了在高校图书馆实行岗位轮换制的具体运作方式和注意事项。
This paper probes into the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the past-alternating system in university library, points out that carrying out the past-alternating system is an important path for developing library's human resource, improving librarians' integral quality and cultivating the compound-type talents, and puts forward some concrete operation modes and notable matters of carrying out the past-alternating system in university library.
