衡量学校体育教学质量的高低，因素是多方面的。作为一名体育教师不但要具备较高体育技能和知识水平，还要具备较好的语言表达和组织调动能力。结合体育教学的特点，将思想品德教育融会于教学中，使学生的身心得到全面锻炼和发展，圆满地完成体育教学任务。

This paper explains that a PE teacher not only must possess good physical skills,but also should have unusual language expression ability and organizational talent.According to the features of Physical Education,ideology and morality education should run through the physical training so as to get students' overall development in body and mind.
