目前国内的风电开发处于蓬勃发展的阶段。可以说,风电开发是靠天吃饭的产业,厂址和机位的选择优劣与否对风电厂以后的运行效益至关重要。结合国内风电厂建设特点,对风电厂开发、建设过程中厂址选择和机位布置进行了分析,并提出了具体工作的程序和思路。

Nowadays, the wind-electricity development in China is in its fast growing stage. Because the windelectricity development closely relies on the nature condition, the selection of the plant location and the machine position are very important for the operation benefits of the wind-electric power plant. Connecting with the features of the construction of the domestic wind-electric power plant, this paper analyzes on the selection of the plant location and the machine position in the course of the development and construction of the wind-electric power plant, and puts forward some concrete working procedures and ideas.
