分析了我国上市公司表现出的强烈的股权融资偏好的原因,探讨了这种股权融资偏好带来的种种弊端,提出了抑制上市公司股权融资偏好的对策及建议。

This paper analyzes on the reasons of the strong financing preference of Chinese listed companies, probes into various malpractices of this financing preference, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for inhibiting the financing preference of listed companies.
