摘要
职业经理人引入驱动的组织变革往往以职业经理人的被迫离职而夭折,对企业绩效造成了显著影响。导致高层职业经理人实施组织变革失败的重要原因是缺乏相应的文化变革。企业文化变革成功与否是决定组织其他有形系统变革成功的关键。提出了职业经理人成功变革企业文化应遵循的原则。
The organizational revolution introduced and drived by the professional managers often come to a premature end because of the forced resign of the professional managers, which produces the obvious influence on the performance of the enterprise. The main reason that results in the failure of the high-level professional managers in carrying out the organizational revolution is the shortage of the corresponding cultural revolution. The success or failure of enterprise's cultural revolution is the key that determines the success or failure of the revolution of other visible systems of the organization. This paper puts forward some principles that the professional managers of the enterprise should follow in carrying out the revolution of enterprise culture successfully.
