摘要
基于对知识管理的研究,归纳出知识管理风险的形式,即技术创新风险、人才风险、时机风险、知识产权风险、信息风险等,同时从知识管理的角度提出相关的风险控制策略。
Based on the research on the knowledge management, this paper sums up the forms of the risks in the knowledge management such as the technical innovation risk, talent risk, opportunity risk, intellectual property risk, and information risk, etc., and points out some related control strategies from the angle of the knowledge management.
