摘要
扼要探讨了涉及职称社会评价机制构建的基本组织建设和职称评定工作机制、方法的改革创新问题。一旦这几个问题得到有效解决,便可从根本上构建起真正意义上的职称社会评价机制。
This paper briefly probes into the basic organizations' construction, the technical title grading and determining mechanism, and the reform and innovation of the of the technical tide's social evaluation mechanism. The grading and determining method related to the establishment effective settlement of these problems can promote the establishment of true technical title' s social evaluation mechanism once and for all.
