面对当前我国高等教育发展的新形势,论述了教务管理在高校教学工作中的重要地位及其发展趋势,从组建一支高素质的教务管理队伍和实现教务信息化两个方面提出了搞好教务管理工作的具体措施。

Facing the current new developing situation of our country＇s higher education, this paper discusses on the important position of the educational administration in the teaching work of university and the developing trends of the educational administration, and puts forward some concrete measures for doing well the educational administration from two aspects of organizing a educational administration ranks with higher quality and realizing the informatization of the educational administration.
