钢筋混凝土箱涵施工裂缝的分析与控制

摘要 钢筋混凝土箱涵在施工过程中易产生裂缝。其影响因素有温度应力、原材料质量、地基不均匀沉降、模板支撑不稳、结构配筋、混凝土振捣及养护达不到要求等。针对某路段疏水箱涵侧墙裂缝产生的原因,改进了施工方案,加强了各环节的监控管理,从而消除了裂缝。 The cracks easily occur in the course of the construction of the reinforced box culvert. The influencing factors include the temperature stress, the quality of raw materials, the uneven settlement of the foundation, the unstable support of the forms, the reinforcing bars of the structures, the vibrating of the concrete, and the poor curing, etc. In the light of the reasons of the cracks occurring on the sidewall of the drain box-culvert of a certain road section, the technicians modified the construction scheme and strengthen the monitoring and management of each link, avoiding the cracks.
