Discussion on the Development and Application of the Water-saving Irrigation Techniques

阐述了我国发展农业节水灌溉技术的必要性和可行性,指出发展节水灌溉必须立足于农民增产增收,才能取得比较好的效果,从宏观管理的角度提出了推进节水灌溉技术发展的对策。

This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of developing the water-saving irrigation techniques in our country, points out that developing the water-saving irrigation must stand on peasants＇ yield increasing and income increasing for obtaining the better results, and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the development of the water-saving irrigation techniques from the angle of the macroscopic management.
