摘要
采用矿浆电解工艺处理高锰含钴物料,具有试剂消耗少,钴、锰浸出率高的优点,在阳极可以直接得到高品位的MnO2产品,在阴极得到高钴锰比的阴极液,大大降低后续钴溶液的除锰负荷。
Using the technology of Slurry Electrolysis to treat cobalt-manganese ores have the advantages of fewer reagents consuming, higher cobalt and manganese leaching rate. It can get the premium MnO2 products directly in the anode, and high cobalt-manganese rate's cathode liquid in the same time. The load of de-manganese of follow-up cobalt solution is reduced greatly.
