黑曲霉6042液体发酵生产饲用复合酶的工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 对适合固体培养的黑曲霉变异菌株6042进行液体深层发酵工艺研究结果,其优化工艺为,发酵培养基配方:豆粕粉4.5%,麸皮0.5%,NH4NO30.5%,CaCl20.3%和适量1号产酶诱导物。初始pH5.0~5.5,种龄24小时,接种量10%,发酵温度28℃,发酵周期72小时。酸性蛋白酶产酶水平为2400~2600u/ml,纤维素酶800~900u/ml,果胶酶850~950u/ml。该菌株经多次传代,产酶性能稳定。 This study was conducted to determine the liquid submerged fermentation technique of the Aspergillus niger 6042 mutant strain which adapted to solid fermentation conditions The experiments showed that the optimum fermentative medium consisted of soybean cake flour, wheat bran, inorganic salts and enzyme inducer at 28℃ for 72h The average enzyme activities in 2300 L fermentative tank reached 2535 u/ml, 859 u/ml, 913 u/ml for acid proteinase, cellulase and pectinase respectively, these three hydrolytic enzymes can be used as an ideal feed additive
