α-synuclein在帕金森病发病机制中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 帕金森病(parkinson disease,PD)是一种常见的神经变性疾病,以黑质多巴胺能神经元慢性进行性缺失和胞浆内嗜酸性包涵体(Lewy体)形成为病理特征。一直以来认为PD是环境因素引起的,随着家族性PD致病基因α-synuclein的发现,对PD的认识不断地加深,目前认为环境和遗传因素在PD的发生、发展中共同起作用。聚集的α-synuclein是PD和Lewy体痴呆以及其他神经系统变性疾病共有的特征,但是其致病作用还不清楚。近年来对α—synuclein的结构、功能和聚集的研究可能为我们对PD的认识提供新的见解。现就相关问题作一综述。
