摘要
以乙醇为溶剂,用索氏抽提器分别提取了植物杀虫剂狼毒、骆驼蓬、牛皮消、臭椿、当归的活性成份的抽提物,测定了对朱砂叶螨的杀螨活性,其活性大小次序为狼毒提取液>蕃茄>牛皮消>臭椿>骆驼蓬>狼毒晶。并测定了狼毒、蕃茄、骆驼蓬、当归对菜青虫的拒食作用,其大小顺序为狼毒>骆驼蓬>蕃茄,并有一定的胃毒作用。
The ethanol extracts of several botanical insecticides-Stellera chamaijasme L (thymelaceae), Lycopersicum esulentum Mill (Solanceae), Angelica polymorpha Maxim var., sinensis Oliv. (Umbelliferae), Poganum nigellastrum Bunge(Zygophyllaceae), Cynanchum rubescens Bge (Asclepidaceae), Ailanthus altissima Swingle (Simarubaceae) were valued on their LC50 or AFC50. The order of their miticidal activity against Tetranychus cinnarinus (Bois) was S. chamaijasme > L.Esulentum > C. rubescens > P. nigellastrum. The order of antifeedant activity against Pieris rapae was S. chamaijasme > P. nigellastrum > L. esulentum, which also had stomach toxicity against Pieris rapae.
