摘要
Tb3+与苯—1,4—二甲酸形成的络合物,在pH=5.5时直接测定Tb3+的含量,波长为λex/λem=260/545nm,检出限为1.55×10-7mol/L,线性范围1.55×10-7~4.0×10-5mol/L,线性相关系数及标准误差分别为0.9993和1.7%。回收率为98.6%~100.7%。
The fluorescence properties and emitting mechanism of the chalete of Tb 3+ with benzene 1,4 dicarboxylic acid were investigated.The optimal conditions for determining Tb 3+ and the interference of other rare earth ions as well as some common metal ions were studied.As the wave length of λ ex /λ em was 260/545 nm at pH 5 5,Tb 3+ concentration was determined with a lowest detection limit of 1 55×10 -7 mol/L,a linear range of 1 55×10 -7 ~4 0 ×10 -5 mol/L,a linear correlation coefficient (R) of 0 9993 and a relative standard deviation of 1 7 %. The recovery was achieved between 98 6% and 100 7%.
