高强度石粉免烧免蒸砖的研制

Preparation of high strength bricks without firing and autoclaving

通过正交试验设计研究了石粉免烧免蒸压砖的原料配合比、复合外加剂的类型和制备工艺对制品性能的影响.试验结果表明石粉泥浆可以替代粘土制备出15号以上的墙体砖,符合新型墙体材料的要求.

The bricks were prepared without firing and autoclaving, using stone powder as raw materials. Proportion of raw materials, type of additive and procedure have been studied by orthogonal test. The results indicate that stone powder slurries can substituted clay for producing wall bricks above No15, which meet the standard for the new type of wall brick.
