基于静动力测试的多跨预应力连续梁桥承载力评估 被引量:10

Static and dynamic testing-based evaluation of load-carrying capacity for a prestressed concrete continuous bridge with nine-spans

摘要 建立了基于静动力测试的既有预应力混凝土梁桥的承载力评估方法.该方法主要包括实桥环境振动实验和汽车荷载静载试验、桥梁有限元建模、有限元模型参数修正、模拟汽车荷载的数值加载分析等步骤.利用该方法评估了107国道深圳松岗高架桥九跨预应力连续箱梁桥的承载力,结果表明:该桥边跨满足设计荷载的使用要求,但中跨的承载力严重不足,需要对桥梁结构进行加固. A static and dynamic - based evaluation procedure of load - carrying capacity for existing prestressed eonerete girder bridges is proposed. The proeedure ineludes field ambient vibration testing and vehiele- load statie testing, finite element (FE) modeling, parameter ealibration of FE model, and numerical simulation analysis of vehicle loading, etc. Based on this procedure, the load - carrying capacity of a 9 - span prestressed eonerete eontinuous box - girder bridge, namely Shenzhen Songgang Overhead Bridge in the No. 107 line of national highway, was eondueted. The analytieal results from the FE model agree well with that of the actual vehicle loading. It is demonstrated that the sided - spans of the bridge can satisfy the design requirements, but the load - carrying capacity of the middle spans are not sufficient to resist the design load. The bridge needs to be strengthened as soon as possible.
