高铬耐热铸铁轴衬套的组织与特性

摘要 用金相、X衍射、扫描电子显微镜、热膨胀和高温耐热试验等检测方法分析了高铬铸铁轴衬套的组织特性,并与德国Mahle提供的轴衬套样件进行了比较,结果表明,研制的高铬铸铁材料完全符合PL33材料标准的要求。 The structure and characteristics of the shaft sleeve made of high-Cr heat resistant cast iron are studied with the help of metallurgical analysis, R-ray diffraction, SEM, thermal expansion and high temperature testing, and a comparison is also made with the sample shaft sleeve made by Mahle company, Germany. The testing results indicate that the newly developed high-Cr cast iron fully conform'to the requirements of PL33 material standards.
