摘要
为了实现完全弹流润滑,基于载荷条件与速度条件,提出了渐开线齿轮啮合传动的供油能力表达式,并分析了齿数、模数等参数对供油能力的影响。指出了大功率传动或高速传动润滑设计时,应重点关注的啮合位置和提高供油能力的具体措施。该研究为齿轮啮合传动的润滑设计提供了重要的参考。
In order to carry out the complete elastohydrodynamic lubrication, respectively based on load condition and speed condition,the corresponding supply oil ability expressions of involute gears were developed, and the influences of some parameters, such as tooth number and module, on the ability of supplying oil were analyzed. Some mesh locations to be paid more attentions to and some concrete measures of improving the supply oil ability were suggested in the lubrication design of gear under high-power transmission or high-speed transmission. The study can provide important references for the lubrication design of gear transmission.
