酚醛树脂的SiO_2纳米复合对摩擦材料性能的影响 被引量:15

摘要 在桐油改性酚醛树脂(TPF)的聚合过程中,添加经过分散的SiO2纳米粒子,制备成复合改性的热固性NT-PF,经过SETARAM TG-DSC92-16热分析仪测试NTPF的耐热性有明显的提高。将NTPF用于摩擦材料,按照相关标准在DMS-1定速摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损对比试验,其抗热衰退性和摩阻性能具有明显的改善,材料的总磨损量下降,但在250℃存在一个磨损率峰值。从机理上对其摩擦磨损性能的改善作出了解释。 In the course of polymerization of tung oil modified phenol aldehyde resin, by adding some SiO2 nanometer particles which have been scattered, compound modified heat-curable NTPF was made. The heat resistance performance of NTPF is obvious improved through the test of SETARAM TG-DSC92-16 hot analysis instrument. Its heat resistant and rub hinder performance is obvious improved and the whole wear and tear quantum of the material drop, but a wearing and tear- ing rate peak value exists at 250 ℃ when NTPF is used as rub material to do wear and tear comparing test in define rapid wear and tear machine DMS-1 according to relevant standard. Accordingly ,the improvement of its wearing and tearing performance is analyzed from mechanism.
