摘要
对全无油压缩机中弹力环对活塞环的密封及寿命的影响进行了研究。在非金属活塞环内侧设置弹力环以增加预弹力,达到预期密封效果。按照给定的设计公式,针对SW-2.5/7型全无油压缩机设计出了由厚度为0.5 mm和0.35mm的瑞典钢带片制成的搭接口形式的弹力环。通过对比试验说明全无油压缩机中设置弹力环可减少泄漏量10%以上,在保证密封效果的前提下,选用较薄的弹力片作为弹力环可提高活塞环的使用寿命。据此设计出的弹力环应用在SW-2.5/7型全无油压缩机上已安全运行8 000 h以上。
The effect of elastic force rings on sealing and life was studied in an oilless lubrication compressor. The elastic force ring set inside non-metallic piston ring can add preelastic force to get the expected sealing results. The lapjoint elastic force rings made of 0. 5 mm and 0. 35 mm thickness Swedish strip were designed for SW-2. 5/7 type oilless lubrication compressor acorrding to givern formulas. Comparison experiments 10 percent, the thinner elastic force rings should be used as soon as show that elastic force rings reduc leakage above possible to raise the piston ring life after sealing results were satisfied. The elastic force rings have run safely over 8 000 hours in a SW-2. 5/7 type oilless lubrication compressor.
