摘要
对几种降凝剂在同一种基础油中的倾点、表观粘度、边界泵送温度进行了探讨,来满足CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机油低温性能的要求。试验结果表明:对试验所选定的基础油,T803B、T811具有良好的感受性,T602的感受性较差,由T803B与T811按照1∶1的比例复合,具有较好的协同效应,在同等低温性能要求的条件下,可以显著减少降凝剂的添加量。
In order to adapt low temperature performance of CNG or gasoline convertible-fuel engine oil, several pour point depressants were added to the same base oil, and their flowing point, apparent viscosity and pumped-temperature were measured. The results show that T803B and T811 have a good sensitivity in the base oil,but T602 has a bad sensitivity. The compound pour point depressant is concocted by T803 B: T811 = 1:1, has excellent synergistic effect, which can reduce dosage in the same demand of low temperature performance.
