摘要
县域经济就是特色经济,发展特色产业能够拉动县域经济快速增长,在以往的战略分析中多采用定性方法进行SWOT分析,带有很大的主观性与盲目性。文章提出了采用定性方法与定量方法相结合,对县域特色产业发展环境进行SWOT分析;并以合肥市肥西县为例,阐述了分析的全过程。
Some improvement is made on the analysis model of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats（SWOT）,in which qualitative analysis is combined with quantitative analysis. The improved model is applied to analyzing, the tourism development in Feixi County, which shows that the judgements by the given SWOT model are more objective.
