压片组织细胞学在消化道黏膜病变快速诊断中的应用

Application of gastrointestinal mucous membrane with attached preparation in rapid pathological diagnosis

目的:探讨压片组织细胞学在消化道黏膜病变快速诊断中的病理形态特征。方法:对320例不同部位消化道黏膜病变组织进行压片,HE染色,光镜观察,并与石蜡切片进行对照。结果:20例中Ⅰ级119例,Ⅱ级34例,Ⅲ级167例,压片与切片一致者306例,正确率95.6%,不一致者14例,误诊率4.4%。结论:压片组织细胞学简便、快速,不需特殊设备,准确性高,既能看到瘤细胞的形态特点,又能看到组织学结构,在消化道黏膜病变的快速诊断中具有重要应用价值。

Objective：To explore the pathological characteristics of gastrointestinal mucous membrane with attached preparation in rapid pathological diagnosis.Methods：Attached preparation was performed in 320 cases of lesions from different gastroinstestinal parts,and analyzed with HE staining and optical microscopy. The data were compared with the results of paraffin sections.Results：of 320 cases, pathological classification at Ⅰ, Ⅱ,Ⅲgrade were 119.34 and 167 cases respectively.306cases had the same diagnosis （95.6%）,as that of paraffin sections and 14 cases had different diagnosis （4.4%）.Conclusion：Not only the characteristics of cells and some tissues structure can be observed exactly in the attached preparation,but also it can be performed simply without special equipments.The attached preparation of gastrointestinal mucous membrane is of much practical importance.
