摘要
目的:探讨射频热凝靶点消融术治疗颈椎间盘突出症临床效果。方法:将颈椎间盘突出症患者100例,在CT或C臂引导下采用颈前气管鞘和血管鞘之司穿刺入路穿刺到椎间隙靶点,再用神经射频仪将温度升高到80~92℃对靶点加热,且能够复制出疼痛来,治疗4个周期,每个治疗周期100秒。结果:该组患者治疗前后的VAS评分的改善较为显著、临床治疗效果满意、优良率80%以上。结论:射频热凝靶点消融术是治疗颈椎间盘突出症的有效方法。
Objective :To observe the clinical effects of thermonecleolysis on the cervical intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods: 100 patients with cervical intervertebral disc protrusion were involved in this study. The needles were penetrated to the target of intervertebral space through the path between anterior jugulartracheal sheath and vagina vasorum guided by CT or C-arm, and the targets were heated with the nerve radiofrequency meter, which can also duplicate pain. It will last 4 cycles, 100 s for one cycle. Results: After the treatment, patients had a obvious improvement of the VAS. The satisfactory rate and excellent rate of the clinical effect reached over 80%. Conclusion: Radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation is an effective method for treatment of cervical intervertebral disc protrusion.
