摘要
利用制药工业中间体1,8-二氮杂二环[5,4,0]十一烯-7生产中的废料(其主要成分为有机胺类),与复合表面活性剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚等,复配得到棕褐色缓蚀抑雾剂.将其添加到钢铁工件表面处理的硫酸酸洗液中起到缓蚀抑雾作用,添加量为0.8%时,缓蚀效率达到98.8%,有效防止了钢铁工件的过腐蚀,而且抑制酸雾的效果明显,工作环境中三氧化硫的平均浓度为0.72mg/m3,低于国家标准中规定的时间加权平均容许浓度1mg/m3及短时间接触容许浓度2mg/m3.由于抑制了三氧化硫的脱附、扩散,节约了酸液的用量.
Chocolate brown fog corrosion inhibitor could be prepared by using of waste materials with organic amine being the main contents from production of pharmaceutical industry intermediate 1; 8 - diazabicyclo-[5,4,0]hendecene - 7, built with surfactant compound nonyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether and aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. Added on the sulfuric acid pickling solution to treat surface of steel pieces, this fog corrosion inhibitor could take effect on corrosion and fog inhibition. Corrosion inhibitory efficiency could achieve 98.8 % and prevent over etching effectively when the feed rate was 0.8 %. At this feed rate, acid fog inhibition effect was palpable, and the average concentration of sulfur trioxide in operational environment was 0.72mg/m^3, which was lower than the allowed concentration of 1 mg/m^3 on a time weighting average being regulated in national standard, and lower than the permitted contact concentration for short time too. Acid liquid consumption were saved respectively because desorption and diffusion of sulfur trioxide were inhibited.
