This paper proposes an implementation method of plottinn animation using flash in Power Builder, and expatiates the steps of the implementation and source codes. At first, flash is made with command button to swf format, and then, the flash is played under the control of Power Builder 8.0. The powerful soft Flash MX combined with the general used tools PB make a beautiful window.
