新型镍基冷焊条——铸448的研究

摘要 针对铸408焊条在使用上限电流进行焊接时,焊条长度用不到1/2就开始发红、变质、甚至无法继续使用的问题进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,采用纯镍焊芯,通过在药皮中加入铁粉和稀土镁的办法可以彻底解决铸408焊条红尾问题,并使铸408焊条其它方面的性能得到改善,由此而研制成一种新型的镍铁焊条——铸448。 In the case of nickel iron cast iron electrodes are used with permitted high current,their covering will become hot red before about half of their length so that the left part can not be used continuously,otherwise the properties of their weld deposit will be poor.In this paper, the experimental results show that this problem can be solved completely by using pure nickel core wire, with the addition of iron powder and magenesium rare into the covering material.Thus,a new type of cast iron electrodes,named Z 448 with good properties has been developed.
