摘要
本文通过PCD刀具切削加工岩石的试验,考察了切削速度对切削温度、刀具寿命和切削力的影响,总结出岩石切削中的合理切削速度范围;另外,通过对岩石曲形表面加工采用磨削-抛光和切削-抛光两种工艺加工效率的比较,证明以切削代替磨削加工岩石具有重要的实际意义。
Based on the test of PCD tool cutting of stones, this paper discussed theinfluence of cutting speed on cutting temperature, tool life and cutting force, and summarized theoptimum cubing speed in this course. In addition, through comparing the efficiency of thegrinding-polishing with one of the cutting-polishing in curved surface stones nsachining, it provedsignificance of stones cutting instead of amending.
